IDC POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB
TITLE: OnSite Director (both Senior and Mid-Level Opportunities) IDC provides comprehensive, OnSite Fundraising for colleges and universities across the nation. We are seeking energetic and career oriented individuals who are interested in philanthropic development in the collegiate environment. Our OnSite Directors oversee all operational aspects of IDC OnSite programs with many of the country's most prestigious colleges and universities. OnSite Directors (both at the Senior and Mid-levels) should expect to relocate to the particular area where the college/university is located. OnSite programs run an average length of 6 months to 2+ years. OnSite Directors must have the ability to manage multiple projects, oversee and manage a student calling room on a campus, professionally and strategically manage Client Relations on campus and work closely with the Program Consultant overseeing the program from the corporate office of IDC in Nevada. Requirements: A 4-year college degree. Prior experience with phone programs a plus as is a background in philanthropy and development. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Outstanding written / oral presentation skills, personal etiquette and grooming habits are a must. Must have the ability to apply the skills of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, management and clients. Maintain the ability to work independently (self-motivated and self-directed), act as part of a team and operate productively with little direct supervision. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point or other presentation programs. Requires willingness for extensive overnight travel and relocation for 6 months + depending on contract renewal. This is an exciting career opportunity for the right candidate.
