IDC POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Team Leader (Salaried Position/Salaried Benefits)

WEEKENDS REQUIRED

We are a growing international consulting and telecommunications firm that provides donor-centered, comprehensive fund-raising services. We have been assisting development offices of prestigious non-profit and nationally recognized hospitals, universities & colleges, research centers, public broadcasting television & radio stations, cultural &performing arts organizations and military service academies for over 30 years.

The successful candidate will have a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast paced customer service/call center/retail environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent phone etiquette and oral communication skills. Good analytical ability and the ability to multi-task and to motivate a team of Client Services Representatives. You will also provide counseling, mentoring and training to ensure our clients’ goals, and quality standards are being met. Must have computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
