    campaign. This may mean selecting callers with a particular knowledge of your industry; your geographic region; or your age or ethnic demographic.
  • Train callers about the specifics of your campaign. When one of your donors answers the phone, they will be speaking with a knowledgeable, personable individual who will be well versed about your institution and your case for support.
  • Continually monitor the progress of your campaign to make sure we are maximizing results. Members of IDC's Calling Cadre regularly discuss progress, techniques and results with one another to gauge the specific approach needed to help you meet your goals.

The Process...

Every campaign goes through a very specific design and discovery process. A big part of that process involves training your professional Caller Cadre about the specifics of your case, including:

  • Case for support
  • Local dialects, pronunciations, landmarks, etc.
  • Background information
  • Potential objections and solutions

IDC senior sales consultants run the campaign Design Session and a campaign manager oversees all aspects of training and implementation. "Breakout" sessions are held regularly with your callers to discuss successful approaches and share information on results.

With IDC's state-of-the-art remote monitoring system, you're encouraged to check the progress of your campaign frequently. You'll be reassured when listening to our trained and articulate Callers interacting with your valued donors.
